Wherever you are today
New to faith
You do not need to clean yourself up, learn the words, or agree to anything to walk in on Sunday.
A United Methodist service has some rhythm to it — songs, prayer, scripture, a sermon, an offering. You can sit and watch the whole way through. Nobody will call on you.
People will say hello. If you would rather not be greeted, tell a greeter and that is completely fine.
Faith usually starts as curiosity, not conviction. Curiosity is enough to begin.
What tends to help
Come once with no plan
One Sunday is not a commitment. It is a look around.
Ask what a word means

Talk to the pastor
She will meet you where you actually are.

You are not alone in this
Sunday worship is at 10:00 AM, and someone reads every message during the week. Either door is open.
