Serve with us
Working in the community
Our mission does not stop at the sanctuary door — welcoming everyone, applying God’s Word, working in the community and witnessing to the world. Here is where hands are needed.
Three ways to help
In the community
Working in the neighborhood around us is part of who this church is. Outreach is coordinated through the church office — call and we will point you to what is happening now.
In worship
Music, ushering, reading scripture, welcoming people at the door. If you would like to serve on a Sunday morning, start with the Minister of Music or the office.
Behind the scenes
Administration, upkeep, and the quiet work that keeps a church running. Ministry leaders can request funds using the requisition form.
Serving looks like this
Trunk of Treats with our neighbours at Franklin Street Baptist and Legacy Church. Fellowship nights. Meals and hands where they are needed. Most of it starts with someone simply saying yes.
Two hours a month is a real contribution. Send us a note and tell us what you are good at.
Put your hands to work
Tell the office what you would like to do, and we will find the place where it helps most.
